Who we are
SitePresence (sitepresence.co.uk) is run by Danny, a sole trader in the UK. We are the data controller for the details you send us. For anything about your data, email support@sitepresence.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, trade, town or area, the phone number or email you give us, whether you have a website or Facebook page, and your message.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about our services. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (answering a request you made) and, if you become a customer, steps taken before entering a contract. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service, and our website is hosted by Cloudflare (which may also run a spam check on the form). Our fonts are stored on our own site, so no font services see your visit. They process data on our behalf. Some of this processing may happen outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, we keep what we need for as long as we work together and as required for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email support@sitepresence.co.uk and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
